iBUS - Manager - Finance (2-5 yrs)

- MIS Preparation and Review on periodical basis including variance analysis, gross margin analysis and other related analysis.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Coordinating and assisting for budgeting and forecasting of financial statements for the purpose of Annual Operating Plan or any other requirements.

- Review of books of accounts, Revenue recognition, expense provisioning in line with applicable accounting standards for the purpose of book closure and reporting.

- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports/deck for the management review and decision making.

- Review of Assets and its Capitalization, impairment, preparation of Fixed Asset register and monthly depreciation process.

- Review of Account receivable and payable on weekly/monthly basis and manage working capital.

- Assist team & ensure all necessary compliance related to direct taxes, Indirect taxes, Corporate and any other applicable provisions.

- Review of GST/TDS/IT/Advance computation and ensure filing returns within due dates.

- Handling statutory audit/tax audit team for half yearly/Annual closure books of accounts including preparation of financials statements.

- Support due diligence team with required response including preparation of segmented financial statements/various reports.

- IND AS Implementation and Review

- Implementation of new ERP system

- Coordinating with Cross functional teams and external stakeholders on regular basis

- Experience in handling teams and overseeing team work on regular basis.
