What s The Role?

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our engineering team and drive technical excellence across our systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing high-scale applications using Ruby on Rails, Active Record, Sidekiq, Docker, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and AWS services . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, maintainable, and resilient architectures while mentoring engineers and contributing to our overall technical vision.
