Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects across their full lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing technology solutions that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders, teams, and project deliverables efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery remains on schedule and within scope.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets to avoid overspending while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.
• Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and ensure proper documentation.
• Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management, with a strong understanding of IT systems and solutions.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Certification preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello), software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

PMP certified or Agile scrum master preferred.
