Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and Non-IT recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring senior-level resources.
- The role will involve maintaining recruitment dashboards, reporting to senior management, and ensuring timely hiring processes.
- Additionally, experience in team management, headhunting, and LinkedIn sourcing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT positions, with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Senior-Level Hiring: Expertise in hiring for senior positions, identifying high-quality candidates through active and passive sourcing techniques.
- Head Hunting: Implement headhunting strategies to attract top-tier talent from the market.
- LinkedIn Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms for talent search and networking to attract suitable candidates.
- Team Handling: Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to meet hiring goals.
- Dashboard Management: Maintain recruitment dashboards and regularly update hiring metrics and performance indicators.
- Reporting: Prepare and present hiring reports and insights to senior management on recruitment status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Timely Hiring: Ensure that recruitment processes are completed within defined timelines and meet quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices align with internal policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability in headhunting, senior-level recruitment, and team management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to track recruitment performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
