Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented US payroll Associate to handle Payroll queries, daily/weekly and monthly activities, and payroll operations. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Process the payroll corrections tickets as per company policy
Answer employee queries regarding payroll issues
Review the timesheet and attendance entries as per retro correction
Assist in processing service now tickets to meet SLA
Work on weekly and monthly audits for the activities
Support is required for the work such as additional compensation, payroll processing for subcontractors
Contribute to month-end activities whenever possible

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
0-2 years of US payroll experience.
Basic understanding of US payroll and compliance.
Strong communication skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems (UKG experience preferred).
Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
