Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Automation Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to facilitate efficient testing processes.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, SpecFlow
• Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test cases/ test plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and drive continuous improvement in the testing process.
• Analyze test results and provide meaningful feedback to stakeholders
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent testing during the development lifecycle
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools and technologies in test automation

Experience:

• 8+ years Software QA Experience with 6+ years using automation tools
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, SpecFlow, Appium strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Continuous integration and Continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC and BDD is a plus
• Certification in Software Testing or Test Automation is a plus

Computer Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in any of the languages like C#, Java, python,
• Automation Tools: Experience with tools like Selenium, NUnit, Appium, SpecFlow
• Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or similar tools for code management.
• Knowledge of database concepts for a SQL or NoSQL database.
