Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Coordination:
Manage and organize incoming leads from various channels such as email, CRM systems, social media, events, and websites.
Distribute leads to appropriate team members or departments based on predefined criteria.
Lead, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team goals
2. Lead Qualification and Verification:
Verify the accuracy and validity of lead information through research, data checks, or direct communication.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
3. Data Management:
Maintain and update lead databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Segment and filter leads for targeted campaigns or sales outreach.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
Analyze trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving lead management processes.
6. Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all lead management activities comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Continuously improve lead handling processes by implementing industry best practices.
