We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruiting top talent for our organization, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective selection criteria to attract the best candidates.
- Source potential candidates through various online channels, including social media platforms and professional networks (e.g, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Manage the interview and selection process, including conducting screening calls, organizing assessments, and facilitating in-person interviews.
- Review candidate resumes and applications using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Design clear and engaging job descriptions and interview questions that align with the requirements of each position.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive place to work.
- Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach activities.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by collaborating with department heads.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to maintain a pipeline of talent.
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) for managing and tracking candidate information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- A deep understanding of various roles within organizations, including the skills and qualifications required for each.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
