Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience and repeat business.
Onboard new domestic apparel brands by leveraging Thimblerrs innovative solutions to meet their sourcing needs.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of client orders.
Troubleshoot client issues proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Present Thimblerrs services, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Monitor fashion trends and market demands to better address client requirements.
Requirements
7-10 years of proven experience in business development within a buying house or B2B garment manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of the fashion supply chain and sourcing processes.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields; MBA preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle complex client portfolios and drive new partnerships.
