Roles & Responsibilities
Drive the entire client experience to ensure high customer satisfaction and customer repeats.
Manage clients & troubleshoot client order wherever required.
Create client reports and provide them with updates periodically.
Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of client orders.
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including presenting Thimblerr s services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded, fostering long-term loyalty.
Requirements
Proven track record of 7 to 10 years in business development in B2B companies.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related field. MBA preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good knowledge on fashion Supply chain and sourcing
Ability to handle complex sales and manage client expectations
Understanding of Fashion trends and market is a plus
