HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, career fairs, etc.) to source potential candidates for open positions.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and company websites.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
• Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress to the HR Manager.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
