Lead our ambitious Environment and Process Monitoring (EPM) business in India and South Asia as the National Sales Manager - EPM at Thermo Fisher Scientific India Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal and offers a chance to drive world-class performance and ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete sales team to achieve booking and revenue targets for India and South Asia.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve outstanding growth.
Collaborate effectively with the General Manager-EPM to determine and implement business strategies.
Ensure strict adherence to sales processes and maintain high standards of performance and accountability.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, encouraging a collaborative and impactful environment.
Analyze market trends and competitors to strategically position our products and services.
Successfully implement sales initiatives and supervise their efficiency to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering; MBA is helpful.
Minimum of 12 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in team management and conflict resolution.
Extensive experience in PAN India sales operations within reputable organizations.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Highly self-motivated, go-getter demeanor with a focus on achieving flawless execution and results.
