National Sales Manager

Role Overview:

This role is focused on offline sales and will oversee the strategy and execution of PAN India

sales. We seek a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and drive sales

across all zones: North, South, East, and West. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in sales within the nutraceutical category and a deep understanding of sports

nutrition and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve and exceed national sales

targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of zonal sales managers and regional sales teams

across the country.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth

opportunities.

• Drive the expansion of Nutrabays presence across traditional and modern trade

channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities and

campaigns.

• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, or

related categories.

• Proven track record of managing sales across multiple zones (North, South, East, West)

and achieving targets.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of the sports nutrition, vitamins, and supplements market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.

Working days: Monday - Saturday
