Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all legalcompliances.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly complianceaudits.
- Manage application, renewal, and amendmentof licenses as per statutory requirements.
- Organize training and awareness programs oncompliance for stakeholders.
- Handle grievance management and ensuretimely resolution.
- Conduct domestic inquiries and take appropriatedisciplinary actions in accordance with applicable laws.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risksrelated to compliance.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies forapprovals, audits, and updates.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS systemsfor compliance tracking.
- Manage contractor and contract laborcompliance.
- Ensure timely updates and maintenance ofcompliance records in Legatrix.
- Maintain a strong understanding of laborlaws, including BOCW, CLRA, and ISMW.
Critical Competencies:
- Strong capability to ensure sitecompliance.
- Proactive in monitoring, auditing, andidentifying potential risks.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigationstrategies.
- Drive digitalization and standardization ofcompliance processes.
- Conduct training and awareness programseffectively.
- Hands-on experience in managing licensingprocesses.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders andbuild collaborative relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising withregulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or equivalent.
- Diploma in Labour Law (preferred but notmandatory).
