d) Job Profile
a) Key Objectives
Experience of working in Green Hydrogen technology (SOEC / PEM / Alkaline).
Provide process engineering support for SOEC plants, ensuring system efficiency and adherence to standards.
Perform process simulations, design calculations, and equipment sizing for basic and detailed engineering.
Assist in resolving process issues during commissioning and operations.
b) Major Deliverables
Provide process engineering support for the design and simulation of SOEC plants, including compression and gas treatment for hydrogen, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and optimizing system efficiency.
Support basic and detailed design engineering activities for assigned projects, including process simulations (preferably using AVEVA / Aspen Plus), design calculations, process optimization, and the sizing and selection of equipment.
Assist in the preparation of engineering deliverables, such as PFD, PID, Process Datasheets, IPDS, Cause Effect Diagrams, Control Philosophies, Shutdown Philosophies, and Operation Maintenance Manuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers, to ensure alignment of process engineering activities.
Support HAZOP/HAZARD reviews, process safety evaluations, and 3D piping model reviews. implementation of HAZOP studies and safety analyses, working with plant operators, notified bodies, and technical experts.
Participate in field-commissioning activities and start-up, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process issues, supporting operational teams during plant commissioning and routine operations.

Design engineering for GH2, oil gas, chemical plants.
Flexible with tasks beyond defined roles.
Multidisciplinary EPC experience.

8 to 12 years
c) Minimum Years of Experience in relevant role

d) Qualifications
BE/ BTech in Chemical Engineering
e) Desired type of Experience
Following skills are preferred but not mandatory
Experience of working in Green Hydrogen technology (SOEC / PEM / Alkaline).
Experience in process simulation software (AVEVA / ASPEN).
