Job Description
- Define the Digital, IT, and Cybersecurity Strategy for Thermax.
- Monitor the external environment for emerging technologies with potential benefits for Thermax.
- Measure the business impact of digital initiatives in terms of growth, cash flow, margin improvement, and risk reduction.
- Track and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives within BTG and across Thermax.
- Represent BTG s perspective in Executive Council and SBU leadership meetings and in external forums.
- Drive Digital Transformation and Change Management across Thermax.
- Collaborate with BTG teams to lead digital transformation across the Thermax value chain, encompassing suppliers and customers.
- Promote Operational Excellence across the BTG organization.
- Expertise in Strategy Planning and Execution.
- Strong Analytical Thinking capabilities.
- Ability to adhere to timelines and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Project Management and governance frameworks.
- Excellent Communication Skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to interface with senior stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex digital technologies effectively.
