Project Manager

Experience:

12 to 15 years experience in to project management as well as Site Manager in a CBG/ Factory Construction/Renewable Energy production facility/Oil and Gas.

with Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills and Competencies:

A. Mini 2 to 3 project handle as project manager or head .

B. Proven track record of technical expertise in construction methodology particularly in CBG projects or renewable energy. b.Minimum 2-3 large scale projects from start to commissioning/operation must have handled independently as a site Head. c.Strong technical knowledge of CBG facilities, general construction methodologies, and operations management best practices. d.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. e.MS-Office expertise must.

g. Project management skills with good potential to oversee project and manage multiple contractors/agencies.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Head for our upcoming MSW plants to oversee the construction, commissioning, and operation of our CBG facilities. The Site Head will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of CBG projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction and operations projects.

Key Responsibilities

a. Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including construction and operational timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.

Oversee commissioning processes, ensuring seamless transition from construction to operations.

Identify risk and opportunities with mitigation plan throughout project life cycle.

b. Project and Operations Management:

Establish and maintain efficient operations procedures, ensuring optimal performance and productivity of CBG facilities.

Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Constantly keep watch on the cost and raise flag whenever required.

Prepare and circulate MIS reports

Drive the pre-bid meetings of packages involved in the projects.

Implementation of quality management plans and quality culture.

Close monitoring and tracking of material deliveries inline with project execution plan.

Monitoring and tracking of AR, AP, CB and invoicing plans.

Tracking of statutory compliance's required in the project.

c. Team Leadership:

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.

Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.

Arrange trainings to team members and guide them on their weak areas.

d. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, standards, and codes for safe working envirnoment.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a safety-first culture among staff and contractors.

e. Stakeholder Management:

Act as the single point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Address client concerns promptly and work proactively to maintain positive client relationships.
