Commissioning Engineer - Water Treatment

Role : commissioning Engineer

Job Location : As per the site location

Roles & Responsibilities:

Overall er ection, commissioning, supervision services responsibility, trouble shooting and service support

Timely erection, commissioning and handing over of sites:

a. Review the technical contract with the customer and monitor the erection and commissioning schedule of the site.

b. Monitoring the erection and commissioning activities at site & ensuring timely completion.

c. Ensure stability of plants.

d. Resolve the issues related to the erection and commissioning.

e. Lead and supervise the regional service managers and commissioning team.

Stabilization of Plant and Performance test :

a. Ensure completion of reliability test/Performance Guarantee Run Test within the stipulatedtime

b. Resolve the issues related to it.

Capability building and cost optimization :

a. Develop & Effective implementation of strategies for timely erection and commissioning.

b. Develop team to handle erection and commissioning

c. Motivate team and plan timely trainings to team

d. Lessons Learned sessions for Proposal, Engineering, materials, quality and project execution team.

e. Contractor finalization for large projects and mentor to Regional Service Managers

Customer Service Support:

a. Handle trouble shooting , customer complaints and its timely resolutions

1) Review and comment P&ID in pre order stage to ensure performance and operational issues are not faced at site.

b.

c. Provide customer service support post commissioning

d. Support customer to run the site as per the performance guarantee.

Safety:

a. Ensure all safety and quality standards are met at every site during erection and commissioning work.

Critical Competencies

1. Successful completion of erection and commissioning and P.G Test runs for plants within time limits by continuously reviewing and monitoring and resolving the issues.
2. Overall responsible in handling multiple sites for erection, commissioning and supervision jobs
3. Ensuring the performance guarantee of the site as per the contract.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proactive support to customer throughout erection, commissioning supervision activities at site and even for trouble shooting
