Proposal Engineer - Water Treatment

Job Title : Proposal Engineer

Division : WWS (Services)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• To prepare spares cost estimation
• To prepare the customized spares offer
• To collect required data from client
• To prepare the detail engineering drawings and data sheets
• To maintain data bank of engineering drawing and data sheet, spares list etc
• To maintain cost data bank
• Planning for offer submission and detail engineering to meet OTP targets

Critical Competencies for the Job:

• Knowledge on layout preparation.
• Knowledge of process vessel / tank design calculation and fabrication drawing preparation
• Knowledge of rotary equipment like horizontal centrifugal pumps, blowers, agitators etc
• Knowledge on piping and valve specifications
• Knowledge on piping layout and isometric drawing preparation.
• Aware of good engineering practices.
• Experience in offer preparation and estimation
• Experience in working on computers is must with knowledge of ERP / Oracle, ACAD, MS office.
• Willingness to travel for site / customer meetings
