Roles & Responsibilities

• Work experience in industry for preparing & checking specifically Piping GA, Isometric, 3D modeling, Pipe support, BOM, Clash checking and fabrication drawings in AutoCAD Plant3D & CADWORX
• Familiar for use and application of design codes
• Knowledge of project specification and standards
• Preparation of Piping Material Specification and Valve material specification
• Software experience : AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant3D, CADWORX, Pro-Pipe, MS Office, Email etc. Experience in ERP will be added advantage
• Preparation of 3D model in AutoCAD Plant3D/CADWORX for ETP, DM, WTP & RO plants. 3D modelling of UF & RO skids, Skid piping, Frontal and Interconnecting Piping.
• Preparation of Isometric and Support fabrication drawings etc.
• Setup Plant3D & CADWORX Specifications/Library in software independently
• Preparation of fabrication drawings of skids, piping & supports, weight calculation, BOM generation.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and capable of doing the model review at different stages of Project.
• Train in-house team with Plant3D & CADWORX software.
• On time performance and Right first time output to be delivered
• Visualize and correlate cross functional requirements of civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, process etc. while doing 3D model and piping engineering.
