Sr. Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Have Thorough knowledge of various Paint Shop processes, such as, Pre-treatment, Electro-deposition, Paint Application, Powder coating Application, Paint curing, other surface protecting / sealing applications etc.
• Experienced enough to select suitable ancillary services like, heating / cooling systems, burners, dry air compressors, pumps, fans and similar equipments for a Paintshop / Process plant design.
• Experienced enough to do Lay-Out, including its Civil & Structural requirements.
• Experienced enough to derive Utility Requirements for proposed plant.
• Have thorough knowledge of various materials used in Paint shop / process plant construction.
• Have thorough knowledge of various processes involved in sheet metal, MS and SS fabrication.
• Extended knowledge of site execution plan, time schedule, scope of supply / work, applicable local regulations such as pollution Control, Fire & Safety requirements etc.
