Role & responsibilities

Education: BTech and MTech in Mech./Chemical (more preferred)

Engineering Manager

1. Preparing PID , GA and Equipment layout of the process plant
2. Performs piping and related engineering calculations, sizing piping layouts, pipe routings, pipe supports and other related works designed for typically handling gases and liquids.
3. Fair understanding of piping Stress Analysis.
4. Preparing piping MTO and datasheets
5. Preparing Manufacturing drawing of Process Vessels, equipment Skids
6. Understanding of Pressure vessel Design Codes like ASME.
7. Understanding of Software's like AutoCAD, Plant 3D, HTRI, STAAD, PV Elite, CEASER.
8. Preparing and Reviewing technical datasheets / offers of major equipment like Blower, Pumps, Compressors, Chillers, Heat exchangers
9. Meeting with Client and coordinating with Internal Stakeholders.

Prior experience in Chemical process plant, Refinery will be preferred
