Theobroma - Manager - Marketing (5-7 yrs)

- Work closely with the line manager in planning and execution of the brand's content and communications calendar and initiatives - online and offline. Work closely with rest of the marketing team (digital, activation & LSM, packaging) and operations team to deliver effective and impactful comms solutions in line with business requirements and objectives.

- Communication, Creatives and Content

- ATL Campaigns (film, print, outdoor, radio)

- Online (social media, influencers, CRM, website & app, aggregator platforms, PPC campaigns etc.)

- Offline (in-store comms, local area marketing requirements, etc.)

- Photography & Videography

- End-to-End project management of all content creation and shoots (planning, briefing, coordination, pre-production, execution according to brand guidelines and as per plan)

- Coordination with relevant internal teams (R&D, Production, Packaging)

- Managing all relevant execution partners (photographers, stylists, videographers)

- PR and brand collaborations

- PR campaigns to support new city launches and key milestones

- Online /offline collaborations with other brands/influencers/media platforms for various campaigns

- Agency Management

- Creative & social media agency, PR agency

- Relevant external execution partners

- Administrative

- Reports management - monthly reports on all key metrics across various marketing efforts

- Financial management - marketing budget utilization, vendor negotiations, invoicing

- Coordination with internal teams - R&D, Production, Packaging, Operations, IT, finance
