Marketing Manager
About the Job:
- We are looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team.
-The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the company's marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, brand management, digital marketing efforts, market research, and working with cross-functional teams to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products, services, and brand, in line with business goals.
- Define target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and PR.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Lead the company's digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content creation, and social media.
- Ensure website and social media content is optimized to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage the company's digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies to improve results.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Work with design teams to create compelling visual content and messaging for marketing materials.
- Ensure the company's tone of voice, values, and visual identity resonate clearly with target audiences.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to tailor marketing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on data insights from market research and customer interactions.
Campaign Execution & Event Marketing:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Organize and manage promotional events, webinars, and conferences, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee logistics, budgets, and schedules for events to ensure smooth execution.
