thebigword India is hiring for Data Analyst for Pune office.

• Data Management and Quality

- Spearhead the development of advanced records management processes and policies, revolutionising data organisation.

- Monitor, audit, and fortify data quality, ensuring datasets meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

- Identify, evaluate, and implement tools for data validation and cleansing to maintain pristine data integrity.

• Automation and Process Optimization

- Design and implement automated data processes to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, revolutionising workflows with innovative solutions.

• Reporting and Insights

- Develop and enhance reporting processes to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and data visualisations.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling reports using tools like Power BI, catering to diverse audiences.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with internal and external clients to align data solutions with their needs.

- Partner with teams to create surveys, analyse results, and extract insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Data Architecture and Technology

- Design and maintain relational and non-relational database solutions to support reporting and analytics.

- Develop and optimise SQL views, stored procedures, and functions to enable
efficient data workflows.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience designing and managing structured and unstructured data solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboards, paginated reports, and data visualisations.
• Strong ability to create and optimise views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Expertise in developing and deploying automated data workflows.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehousing principles and practices.
• Strong ability to transform, analyse, and interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Experience with KPI development and tracking to measure performance.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

We are looking at candidates who are ok to work from office and comfortable with UK shifts ( 12pm- 9:00pm)
