• Drive Software Innovation: Take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining visually stunning and user-friendly .Net applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that powers high-performance applications, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Champion Code Excellence: Drive the quality of the codebase by participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards that elevate the teams collective expertise and the software's reliability. Mentor junior developers by providing expert technical guidance.
• Enhance Performance at Scale: Optimise software performance by diagnosing and addressing bottlenecks, delivering efficient and reliable software solutions that delight users and stakeholders alike.
• Architect for Success: Collaborate with the Software Architect and other cross-functional teams such as QA and operations to craft scalable, robust, and maintainable systems. Play a pivotal role in architectural decision-making and help shape the technical roadmap to drive long-term success. Collaborate in agile ceremonies, offering feedback during sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document and Share Knowledge: Keep detailed, accurate technical documentation

that captures design decisions and system architecture. Ensure knowledge sharing

and clarity across teams.

• Testing and Debugging: Own the testing and debugging process to guarantee

functionality and performance, implementing and maintaining unit tests to ensure

code quality. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Expertise in .NET Core and C#, combined with a strong command of SQL Server for database development.

Proficient with version control systems like Git, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient code managemen

• Proven ability to design and implement complex software systems that stand the test of time.
• Proficient experience in using platforms such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Cosmos, MongoDB, or Redis.
