Responsibilities:

1. Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
3. Handle High-Value Deals: Manage product sales with an average order value of ₹30-40 lakh, showcasing expertise in closing complex deals.
4. Strategic Selling: Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with product offerings and deliver seamless solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 3-4+ years in a business sales role with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets, preferably in manufacturing and related industries.
• Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage high-value sales and close large deals.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and team coordination skills.
