Job Summary:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the key driver of our online presence and digital lead generation. Your primary goal is to attract high-quality leads to our website through impactful digital marketing strategies, impress and engage them online, and channel their journey to our physical stores for exploration and final sales conversion. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, data analytics, and luxury consumer behaviour in an omnichannel ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s omnichannel business model and growth objectives.
  • Define and manage digital campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for both online and in-store visits.
  • Optimize the customer journey from website visits to store exploration and sales conversion.

Lead Generation and Performance Marketing:

  • Design and manage ROI-driven campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and retargeting platforms.
  • Optimize Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns to maximize click-through rates, conversions, and store footfalls.
  • Use SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance organic traffic and lead generation.

Website Management and Conversion Optimization:

  • Oversee website performance, including landing page design, user experience (UX), and lead capture forms.
  • Develop strategies for converting website visitors into in-store foot traffic, leveraging calls-to-action (CTAs), personalized content, and targeted retargeting campaigns.
  • Ensure that website content aligns with brand messaging and effectively communicates the value of visiting physical showrooms.

Omnichannel Integration:

  • Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that connect online and offline touchpoints.
  • Develop and monitor strategies to track the transition of leads from digital to physical sales channels.
  • Analyze and optimize cross-sell opportunities across customer touchpoints.

Content Creation and Brand Awareness:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content, including blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and videos, that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Drive brand awareness by managing influencer collaborations and partnerships to attract the target audience.
  • Monitor and engage with user-generated content and reviews to enhance credibility and trust.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Create detailed reports on website traffic, campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Monitor customer behavior and preferences to refine targeting and improve the omnichannel customer experience.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, content creators, and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital and omnichannel marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving leads and conversions in an omnichannel business model.
  • Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with website management, including UX optimization and lead capture strategies.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in the luxury and/or home decor categories is a plus.
