Manager - Digital Marketing

1. Drive quality leads, customer walk-ins, customer meetings & bookings using digital strategies for various residential & commercial projects
2. Plan and monitor media plans including SEO, SEM, social media, marketing database, email marketing, SMS, display & mobile advertising campaigns
3. Ensure that agencies and media partners are implementing & delivering as per the business requirements o Create digital media assets such as websites and digital media creatives as per the requirements
4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance on daily basis on Google - Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics & Salesforce
5. Develop & implement an SEO strategy to rank high in organic results. o Closely monitor the social media responses & engagements
6. Responsible for the ideation of creatives and getting the creatives done from the agency in the required TAT and for all platforms like Google, FB, WhatsApp, Emailers etc.
7. Supporting the media planning strategy
8. Co-ordinating with the offline marketing team to ensure a seamless thought process between offline and online marketing
