Job Description
- Assist in Design of underground tunnel including alignment, stations, Ventilation shafts, formworks and emergency exits, using CAD & Revit software s.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and identify constraints for design development.
- Collaborate with structural and geotechnical engineers to develop Tunneling and excavation plans, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
- Provide technical support during construction phases, addressing design related issues and coordinating with contractors to resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate with team members to integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems into architectural designs, facilitating efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop efficient formwork solutions and resolve design challenges.
- Preparing Combined Service Drawings
- Estimating the Bar Bending Schedule Quantity (BBS)
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and changes from project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Clients
- Letter preparation & Response as per contracts
- Handling the GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings
