Role & responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize ad campaigns on the ayeT-Studios platform for a portfolio of demand partners.
• Analyze ad campaign results and derive learnings and actionable insights for our business partners.
• Use various channels to communicate with advertising partners and discuss campaign results and opportunities to grow the mutual activity.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline campaign management and find creative solutions to complex problems.
• Work within a team of Customer Success Managers to take on special projects for important initiatives including inventory management, beta testing, and forecasting.
• Handle escalated integration/ad-ops issues on the client-facing side.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Skill Set:

• Understanding of various ad formats (display, video, native, search, etc.)
• Familiarity with different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, etc.)
• Campaign Management
• Data Analysis & Reporting(e.g., CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS)
• Project Management
• Time management

Tool Set:

• Ad Platforms - Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.
• Programmatic Platforms: The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Adobe Advertising Cloud.
• Ad Trafficking & Automation Tools - Google Campaign Manager (DCM), DoubleClick Bid Manager, Sizmek, Flashtalking (for trafficking ads and setting up campaigns).
• VAST/VPAID for video ad management.
• Google Analytics
• Data Studio or Tableau

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in related fields(or equivalent work experience).
• Detail oriented and structured.
• Analytical and interested in numbers and in depth analysis.
• Some work experience with online advertising, developer/client relations, advertising networks and platform, advertisers, or agencies is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferably basic understanding of online and mobile advertising models.
• Preferably basic understanding of tracking methodologies for ad campaigns.
