The SmartMove2UK is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer with 1-2 years of experience in UK immigration law

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing immigration services to our clients, including:

Providing legal advice and support to clients on UK immigration matters.

Conducting legal research on UK immigration laws and regulations.

Drafting legal documents, including visa applications, appeals, and representations.

Assisting clients with their immigration needs, including preparing applications and supporting documents, and communicating with UK immigration authorities.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.

Keeping up to date with changes to UK immigration laws and regulations.

Participating in marketing and business development activities, including networking events and client meetings.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A law degree from an accredited university or college.

1-2 years of experience in UK immigration law.

Knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulations.

Strong drafting and legal writing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
