Overview:SmartMove2UK is a UK immigration law firm that helps clients with UK visa and immigration solutions.

We are seeking an Accountant to join our team in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of the firm, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, taxes, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities.

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the firm.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing clients and paying vendors.

Manage the firm's payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.

Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and GST returns.

Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to provide insights on the financial health of the firm.

Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Monitor the firm's cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
