Job Description
- Management of all accounting transactions.
- Preparations of the Balance sheet / Profit & Loss Account.
- Provide assistance in Cash Flow preparation.
- Reconciliation of accounts (sums payable and receivables).
- Management and filing of all Contracts, Invoices and other documents.
- Generation of invoices / PO and maintaining records of the same.
- Collection of Vendor Invoices and ensuring the timely payment of any or all bills.
- Processing and maintaining monthly reports of all vendors.
- Maintaining the Petty cash book.
- Ensuring the timely payments to Banks.
- Filing of cash and bank vouchers and maintaining the records of the same.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Applying for and filing of TDS, GST, PT, PF and any other Taxes.
- Send monthly and projected Expense / Income report to Board.
- Provide weekly/monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts, Vendor payments, Content Partner Payments, etc.
- Graduate (minimum).
- Good command over English Language, both written and verbal.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally ERP.9, Quick Book, MS Office, Internet, etc.
