Job Description

  • Management of all accounting transactions.
  • Preparations of the Balance sheet / Profit & Loss Account.
  • Provide assistance in Cash Flow preparation.
  • Reconciliation of accounts (sums payable and receivables).
  • Management and filing of all Contracts, Invoices and other documents.
  • Generation of invoices / PO and maintaining records of the same.
  • Collection of Vendor Invoices and ensuring the timely payment of any or all bills.
  • Processing and maintaining monthly reports of all vendors.
  • Maintaining the Petty cash book.
  • Ensuring the timely payments to Banks.
  • Filing of cash and bank vouchers and maintaining the records of the same.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Applying for and filing of TDS, GST, PT, PF and any other Taxes.
  • Send monthly and projected Expense / Income report to Board.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts, Vendor payments, Content Partner Payments, etc.
Requirements:
  • Graduate (minimum).
  • Good command over English Language, both written and verbal.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally ERP.9, Quick Book, MS Office, Internet, etc.
