Job Overview: The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing our paid search campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of PPC strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms. o Conduct research, bid management, and budget allocation to maximize ROI. o Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals. Performance Analysis: o Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards. o Generate and present regular reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. o Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance. Strategy Development: o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies. o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. o Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates. Collaboration: o Work closely with the SEO team to ensure a cohesive search strategy.
Qualifications:
Experience: o 2-3 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns. o Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns with measurable results.
Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms. o Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. o Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
