Job Overview: The Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok. Conduct audience research, set up targeting parameters, and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI. Develop engaging ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals.
Performance Analysis: o Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, and other platform-specific dashboards. o Generate and present regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. o Identify trends and insights to enhance campaign performance.
Strategy Development: o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies. o Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. o Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and audience targeting.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns. Proven track record of running successful social media ad campaigns with measurable results.
Skills:
o Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads. o Proficient in social media analytics tools and reporting. o Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce. Certification in social media advertising platforms. Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, SEO).
