Purchase Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and negotiate pricing & contracts.
• Material Planning: Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements to avoid delays.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Contract Management: Handle vendor agreements, terms, and service-level agreements to ensure compliance.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and emerging suppliers to improve procurement strategies.
• Inventory Control: Coordinate with warehouse and project teams to manage stock levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet industry and regulatory standards through proper inspections and documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement with project budgets and schedules.
