Purchase Manager (Construction Materials)

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of construction materials and items for large commercial office projects. Responsibilities include sourcing, vendor development, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials. The role requires analyzing market trends, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing costs while maintaining procurement efficiency.

Handling of purchase of all construction materials/items for big Office Projects. Development of new vendors and communicating, handling & negotiating with companies/dealers for procurement of all major items required in commercial office building projects.

Candidate must be at least a Graduate with at least 10-15 years experience of purchase of construction materials.
