Overall Purpose/ObjectiveOf the job
Execute all events & promotional activities conducted within / outside the mall & responsible for generating the buzz & footfalls into the Centre to achieve budgeted revenues. Key Responsibilities

• Execute events & promotions and update with necessary feedbacks
• Coordinate with retailers during events and promotions
• Ensure adherence to mall SOPs while executing the events
• Execute CSR events to bring goodwill
• Ensure all events and promotions conducted are within the legal frame work.
• Ensures that customers experiences high standard of quality of event
• Shall co-ordinate with the Liaison department for all license related documents / activities for the event
• Shall co-ordinate with Finance department for billing and payments
• Shall co-ordinate with Operations department for event related activities
