Product Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Shall have knowledge and hands on experience in testing of Bushings, Transformer, Cables, Motors and Generators
• Shall study and be well versed with Companys Products and offering to Customers,
• Shall Identify new and relevant customers for the products in different segments.
• Shall Plan field visits to customers across India to understand customers pain points,
• Understand customers current practices / requirements for testing and measurement and work out possible solution for overcoming the pain points,
• Shall coordinate with inhouse R&D for development of new product or upgradation of the existing, as required,
• shall be key and Single point of contact to develop and upgrade the products,
• Shall review market for latest update on new upcoming technologies and new products,
• Shall carry out SWOT analysis of competitors products,
• Shall estimate the present and future market potential for the product,
• Shall coordinate to development of collaterals for marketing communications like presentations, Catalogue, etc.
• Shall develop a roadmap and launch plan for New Product and Upgradation of Existing Product
• Shall attend Voice of Customer (VoC) for any service related issue related to the product portfolio handled
• Should be responsible for overall business for the products handled

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification required M-Tech / BE Electrical
• 0-5Years of experience is required in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to execution
