Business Development Manager - Transformer Products

Kalpa Electrikal is looking for the dynamic, highly energetic Business Development Manager for Transformer Industry for Mumbai Location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to increase sales volume for CT, PT, and Transformers Business.
• Build effective Annual Business Plans and forecasts.
• Conduct cold calling and other marketing techniques to acquire new clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customers.
• Should be ready Travel within assigned area.
• Conduct competitor analysis to achieve market share metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in CT & PT, Distribution Transformers, Power Transformers, or Switchgears Industry.
• Dynamic, energetic, persuasive, and proactive.
• Strong sales & marketing skills with technical knowledge.
• Prior experience in transformers industries preferred.
