We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our AI legal tech startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our innovative AI-driven legal solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in product marketing, particularly within a digital media or subscription-based business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the AI legal tech market, leveraging insights to drive subscription growth and engagement.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research focusing on the legal industry, particularly in AI applications, to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.) specifically targeting legal professionals to drive product awareness and customer acquisition.
Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new AI product launches and feature updates within the legal tech space, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support.
Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content tailored for the legal audience, including product collateral, case studies showcasing AI applications in legal contexts, whitepapers, and presentations.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns targeting the legal sector, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Customer Engagement: Work closely with the customer success team to develop strategies for customer retention and advocacy within the legal community.
Brand Positioning: Maintain and enhance our brand positioning in the AI legal tech market, ensuring that all marketing activities resonate with legal professionals and align with our brand's voice and values.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a digital media or subscription-based company; experience in the legal sector or AI technology is highly valued.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the legal and AI markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
