Regional Marketing Manager MENA

Job Description:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth in the MENA region.

- Manage the regional marketing plan and build the sales pipeline using the right mix of inbound marketing, events, roundtables, webinars, account-based marketing and other suitable marketing strategies.

- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and achieve regional targets.

- Partner with the regional sales leadership, account managers and inside sales and product & solution marketing managers to maximise business outcomes.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and track competitor activities.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the MENA region.

- Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, PR, awards, content creation and analyst relations for the region.

- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Should be an MBA graduate from a Top Management School

- 10+ years of experience in B2B field marketing with Tech Industry

- In-depth knowledge of the MENA market and cultural nuances.

- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quantifiable outcomes derived from field marketing

- Ability to travel to the Middle East as required.

- Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
