Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RTL Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida and Bangalore, India. This role is primarily focused on FPGA projects and will involve close collaboration with teams in similar time zones. As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise in RTL design and SoC integration to drive excellence in our FPGA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- FPGA design efforts, contributing significantly to the logic design of critical FPGA blocks both at the full chip level and within individual modules.

- Employ best-in-class coding styles and methodologies to enhance design quality and accelerate development timelines.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, providing technical expertise in RTL design, FPGA development, and ASIC solutions.

- Design and present embedded design solutions based on customer requirements, including custom IP cores, FPGA configurations, and SoC architectures.

- Support the sales cycle by conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase our embedded design capabilities and solutions.

- Assist clients with RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, and verification strategies, ensuring alignment with design constraints and performance targets.

- Develop PoCs and simulations for clients to demonstrate the performance and efficiency of RTL, FPGA, or ASIC designs.

- Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized embedded solutions tailored to client needs.

- Stay informed about industry trends, standards (such as VHDL, Verilog), and tools related to RTL, FPGA, and ASIC design, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge.

- Provide market feedback and customer insights to the R&D team for continuous improvement of embedded products and solutions.

- Work with the delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful integration of designed solutions, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in embedded design, pre-sales engineering, or a technical solutions role.

- Strong expertise in RTL design, including VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog, with experience in digital logic design, synthesis, and verification.

- In-depth knowledge of FPGA development (Xilinx, Altera) and ASIC design, including design methodologies, floor planning, and optimization.

- Familiarity with EDA tools such as Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, etc., for simulation, synthesis, and verification of RTL designs.

- Experience with SoC architectures, including ARM-based designs and custom IP integration.

- Understanding of hardware/software co-design and embedded systems development.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to travel to customer sites and attend industry events
