Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities for the brands distributed by The Inventory. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team, dealer network, and other stakeholders to create and implement marketing strategies that drive sales, engage customers, and strengthen brand presence across platforms.

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Salary - up to 40K per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily marketing activities for the brand portfolio.
  
• Work closely with the sales team and dealer network to roll out effective sales-driven marketing initiatives.
  
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan to drive engagement, build customer loyalty, and improve support.
  
• Represent The Inventory's social media presence by creating engaging video content about products and services.
  
• Optimize Amazon listings, A+ content, and inventory to maximize visibility and sales.
  
• Proactively monitor and improve online content for better performance.
  
• Ensure the company website is consistently updated with the latest content.
  
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance user experience and sales-driven campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to organize workshops, expos, and other events.
  
• Analyze data and sales metrics to identify market gaps.
  
• Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to address these opportunities.
  
• Stay updated on the latest marketing techniques and trends, incorporating innovative strategies where applicable.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  
• Strong creative outlook with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proactive, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to use data insights for strategic marketing planning.
