Responsibility

1. Skill Development Training : Identify industry requirements, prepare new Modules, bring out Study Materials and conduct the Training.
2. To organize Modular Examinations : Mobilise Examinees, prepare question paper, conduct examinations for students twice in a Year, publish the examination
3. Specialised Training: Collaboration with IIT, NIT, ITI s and relevant Government Departments and Ministry and organize seminars/webinars and Train the trainer programmes throughout the country.
4. ISO CERTIFICATION: To closely work with the recommended certifying body to meet their requirements in submitting the documents and successfully retaining the certificate
5. General Points : To prepare Work Plan, Budget and resource mobilization, to maintain database in ERP, to maintain Cost Sheet for each publication, Content Management of NCSD page in IIF website and social Media.

Eligibility: The candidate should be an Engineering /Metallurgy / Foundry Technology graduate with 20 years acquaintance with Managerial/training Experience. He/she should be Computer savvy & possess good communication skills in written and verbal English. Recently retired person may also apply. Compensation will be commensurate with capability and is flexible.
