Manager : Administration & Compliance

Role & responsibilities

1. Vendor Management and Issuances of Work Orders

2. Stock and Dispatch Management

3. Assist Managers in Co-ordination and Facilitation for Short Term Courses to be conducted through VC

4. Assist Add'l GM in liaisoning and facilitation during conduct of Various Events

5. Managing Secretariat Work at HO

6. Communication with Stakeholders on regular basis

7. Facility Management

8. Logistics Management

9. Compliance Management

10. Website Related co-ordination with the Developer if required

11. Promotion & Branding related Assistance

12. IT / VC Support to be provided as and when required

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum Graduate with 8-10 years exp. in HR/Administration
• Excellent Oratory and Writing (Communication )Skills
• Experience in Compliance Management shall be preferred
• Independently can draft letters and policy docs
• Advanced IT Support and Website related Knowledge is desired for
• Able to handle any situations independently and Ability to take correct logical decisions

Perks and benefits : 4-5 Lakhs per annum Consolidated Salary
