Project Manager

Project experience: -

• Headed & executed at least two three projects of RS 300+ cr in Water Supply/ Irrigation pipeline project with pump house & distribution work along with Electromechanical part. & one project in water supply sector.
• Leadership qualities to handle team of 25+ engineers & managers at one site including training the staff as per work requirements.

Technical Skills:-

• Should have experience of laying MS pipes and DI pipelines of higher diameter.
• Experience of construction of structures (Jack well, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and pump house)
• Experience in pumping machinery, mechanical & Electrical components.
• Understanding of the designs of structures & pipelines for getting clients approvals. 
• Well aware of reporting systems
• Experience of Re-conciliation of bought out items & raw materials i.e. Cement, steel, etc.

Commercial Skills:-

• Should understand tender documents and have experience in working out tenders.
• Experience  of Rate analysis/ Cost analysis estimation
• Experience Client liasioning and billing follow up
• Experience of extra/excess claim management including recovery.
• Experience of Project accounting, annual budgeting and monitoring
• Possess Negotiation skills for purchase of bought out items, sub- contractors and ROU settlement with farmers.
• Possess Skills of correspondence with clients, internal correspondence and third party for permissions.
