Manager/Engineer - Billing

We have an urgent opening for the below mentioned role.

Designation: Manager/Engineer Billing & Estimation

Qualification: B.E. / BTECH - Civil

Location: Chalisgaon / Dhule

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

2. Must be able to work effectively within a team environment.

3. Checking and certifying bills submitted by the subcontractor in line with contract terms and conditions.

4. Prepare a client bill along with proper documents and a measurement sheet.

5. Physically checking of work, joint measurements with client and/ or subcontractor for recording & billing.

6. Quantity take-off from approved drawings and keeping proper documentation.

7. Preparing reconciliation statement of construction materials & subcontracting items.

8. Co-ordination with project office for issuing Purchase Orders and Work orders

9. Preparing Dept. and contractors RA bill according work progress.

10. Estimation of Quantities, Costing of items, Rate Analysis.

11. Preparing sub-contractors agreements.

12. Process for Approval of extra item & excess quantity.

13. Providing billing-related information and documents to management & client as per requirement of the company.

14. Preparing Minutes of Meetings and follow up for compliance.
